1. 水生无脊椎动物生态学：主要关注于水生无脊椎动物的多样性格局与驱动过程，从物种、功能和系统发育维度回答水生无脊椎动物群落聚合和维持机制，揭示群落结构和系统发育多样性的空间格局变化和关键驱动过程，并探索自然因素（如自然环境和扩散过程） 和人类干扰对物种共存和维持机制的影响和改变。
